Personal Trainer / gym owner a day in the life
A look at a typical Friday
Part 1 of a coaching day in the life
Well here is my morning, this morning including lots of clips from sessions.
Early starts are the norm in the industry and it’s nice to have a variety of different workouts to share each morning.
A big incentive for me to work this way is the ability to share the various methods I’ve learned over the years - my days are never boring.
My day runs -
5.30am Pt - transformation session
6.30am - Metcon class
7.15am - Swiss ball class
8.15am - Pt - to clients home
9.30am - Punch Out / boxing class
10.30 - home to eat, write up notes, edit video and work on presentations later this month.
2pm - back to gym and give it a clean
3pm - Pt - Strength & body comp
4pm - Pt - senior client, strength and movement awareness
5pm - Calisthenics class
6pm - Upper body class
7pm - home to walk the dog and eat.
